The view from balcony is all white sand and gulf waters! We saw dolfins 3x. This condo was by far the cleanest one we have ever stayed in. Furniture was comfortable with multiple choices. The beds were also comfortable. We really liked Windemere and this condo!

The view and the close distance to water on the beach is awesome!! The condo was clean and enough space for my family. Unfortunately, the hot tub was broken and the pool was freezing cold for our stay. Then when we all went up to the condo to try to warm up the hot water in the condo ran out quickly :/ this is not ideal for a family of 5. The checkin and checkout process was easy. The area is really nice. Thank you for allowing us to stay here!

Great Place Right on the Beach

This was a great unit. Perfect for my wife and I and 4 teenagers. The property was nice. I would definitely stay here again.

Perdido Key beach

My husband and I and our 4 children enjoyed a relaxing vacation at Perdido Key beach. Clean unit. Quiet. Located right on the beach. Great views from the balcony. Nice pool. Close to Florabama.

Spring trip

We all liked the condo, enough room for everyone to sleep, play and cook. My only dislike was that it was hard to get to the beach with a wagon full of stuff, too many steps to climb up and down. No handicap access to the beach! ( which is not your fault).

Graduation Vaca

The stay was fun. Loved the beach and eating places. The condo was nicely decorated. I would make sure to check dishes when getting them from cabinets. We had to wash several cups and plates before using. We ended up buying solo cups and paper plates. Bring pots with lids if doing cooking. There was pots but no lids. Some receptacles don’t work. We would stay again!
