Nestled at the base of Flag Mountain, the house has fabulous mountain views. We are about 300 feet from Carson National Forest, 500 feet from the Red River, and 4 miles from Wild Rivers National Monument. We are 20 minutes from Red River Ski Area and about an hour from Taos Ski Valley

This is a great place to stay. Comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, and plenty of parking out front especially if you're towing a trailer. It would have been nice if the backyard fire pit had a stack of firewood available for guests. Also the pots and pans were a little bit lackluster. Otherwise everything was great. The property owners were helpful and the area was quite beautiful.

Mark was very quick with responses, house was clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for trucks and trailers, road was a little iffy on motorcycle but we made it work just fine!

We had a great stay! The host was incredibly communicative, providing us with recommendations of things to do in the area, customized for our needs and our children. The house was clean and the amenities were exactly what we needed. Importantly, it’s in a perfect location—just a short trip (20 minutes) to the Red River ski facility. Would definitely recommend!

Great little cabin

Excellent rental property

very close to ski areas. house was extremely clean and tidy. Shot billiards at Monte Carlo lounge and the locals were also nice. Will be back again next year. House owners were very accomodating and very available.
