Tiny Home, Spa Next Door, Deck, Walk to Farmers Market

This two story tiny home is located next to Float and Fly Wellness Studio in historic downtown Dubuque. Offering a unique experience where you can enjoy the spa and wear your bunny slippers back to your private oasis. This 1863 brick home was fully restored in 2018 after being completely gutted. Everything is new and updated with clean lines and grey backdrop. Decorated in mid century modern decor. Very secure and peaceful environment that allows you to relax.
The space
Located conveniently two blocks from farmers market and just a few from Loras College. On main level is kitchen and living area. Futon and convertible bed offer two additional sleeping options on the main floor. The second floor has two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and the other unconventional with a twin day bed) and a full bath with tub and shower.

Convenient off street parking for one vehicle just outside your private deck entrance.

Guests can enjoy many spa services at Float and Fly Wellness Studio. Services we offer include: Massage, Aerial Yoga, Sauna, Float Therapy, Facials, Halotherapy and more.

This place was really nice. Perfect for a couple looking to get away. It was next door to a spa that gave you a 10% discount on all services which was also great. The unit was clean and very modern. Cute, convenient

The location is ideal- easy to get around downtown. Decor is clean and up-to-date. I appreciated the complimentary coffee, beer and ice! Fyi though, it is a one bedroom! The second bed is in the hallway, and the futon downstairs isn’t the most comfortable. Shower could be cleaner.

With both bedrooms located on the second floor of this tiny house apartment we made the most of the space without compromising the comfort of the guest. We also pride ourselves on our amenities like organic fair trade coffee beans with grinder, popcorn and ice and our great attention to cleanliness.

Great property

Very nice house nestled in the downtown area. Really clean and plenty of room. A couple things to be aware of, there are steps to access the home that are old concrete steps that can be difficult if you're bringing in a heavy suitcase. There's also steps to the upstairs bedroom/bathroom, so keep this in mind. Also, there isn't a working washer/dryer. I used the laundromat that was close by, and it was nice. Otherwise, a nice, quiet stay.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review. Being in the historic area built in the 1800s does present a few steps. We think it's part of the charm. Regarding laundry, there is the laundromat just two blocks away but we do offer laundry service as stated in the binder with all your information.
