No expenses were spared on this beautifully decorated suite! The City View, located in the famous Millwork District, sleeps 4 people. The unit is on the third floor and has a great view of the city. It is a contemporary styled unit with 2 bedrooms aand 2 full bathrooms. The master suite features a memory-foam king-size bed with a spacious en suite with a 5-foot walk-in tiled shower. The unit also has a ready to cook-in kitchen, a dining area, tv in each bedroom and a comfortable living room with a fireplace. The balcony has a private hot tub and outdoor seating.

Loved our stay there. Perfect location to get to the Millwork District. Also, Charlottes Coffee House is fabulous, and staying above it is great to go downstairs to get coffee, food and snacks.

Great Stay

The property is very clean and cute. Hosts are friendly and helpful and have thought of everything. Must try the cutest coffee shop on the ground floor of the building and the hot tub is a must!

This is our 2nd time staying at one of the Drake House units. We love the location, ease of parking, cleanliness and of course the balcony/hot tub! And the first floor coffee shop is an extra bonus!

Scenic Dubuque!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay at this property. Very clean and cute! We came to relax and loved the private hot tub and coffee shop right in the building. We were able to easily walk to shops, restaurants and museums and never even moved the car from the parking lot once we arrived.

My husband and I are native Dubuquers. We came up with this idea after staying at a cozy vacation rental in La Jolla, CA. It sat on top of a small restaurant that served breakfast and lunch. My husband spotted this property and approached me with the idea, stating that if I wasn't 100% in he would just forget about it. Needless to say, I was 100% in and here we are! Ready to share our dream with you! We hope you will love it as much as we do!

Why they chose this property

We chose this property for two reasons. First, we both grew up in this area of Dubuque. Second, we love what Dubuque is doing for the downtown area and feel that the Millwork District will continue to grow and will be the place to go in Dubuque.

Being in the Millwork District of Dubuque is a huge advantage to our property. We are close to so many attractions, making your stay handy and convenient to whatever event or purpose you have to visit our beautiful city.
