Great three day stay

Enjoyed the property and the access to the public beach nearby. With 13 people there was plenty of room and everything you need within 10 miles. There was a few items in the house that needed attention, but overall I wouldn’t ask for anything more. Pool was amazing! Thank you.

What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get

Lovely home with wide open living areas and very spacious bathrooms. The upstairs master bedroom is perfect for staging for a bride to be. We used this house for the bridal party to get ready for our wedding. It's a short drive from several wedding venues and the facilities were well appointed for our needs. We whole heartedly recommend this rental for large groups.

Great Location to Stay for Weekend Wedding

Stayed 3 nights in the house, mainly to host the bridal party for day of wedding events and it was a close location for rehearsal dinner and wedding venue. Other than some odd construction on house, it definitely met our needs. We never cooked in the house so I can't say anything as for cooking accessories or servingware but it had a great coffee station. And the master suite upstairs had a great view of the bay. The host was extremely responsive and great to work with.

Very nice property but not equipped for the stated number of guests.

Nicely remodeled property with lots of open space. Unfortunately the property should have been professionally cleaned from prior guests. Unbelievable amount of hair on floor and embedded in towels. We were a party of five and did not have enough kitchen ware to suit. Wound up eating out. Not well equipped. Property has great potential.

John, Thank you so much for choosing us. Our previous cleaner had an emergency and the previous guest checked out late, so we did hire a new company to clean the house before you came. Unfortunately was not to meet our standard. We will address that with the cleaning company. We provide the basic cookware. What are the kitchen ware you are looking for so that we can best serve our future guests and have to back to visit us?

There are two primary suites - one downstairs, one upstairs, and each with its own bathroom. The huge upstairs suit has a fireplace, TV, big walk in closet, huge bathroom, and a balcony that you can see the ocean water. The two guest rooms share a bathroom upstairs. There is one extra full bath for you to take a shower after soaking in the pool on the main floor.
The pool area has a gazebo with table and chairs for you to relax in the sun after swimming in the pool.

In addition, there is a 1,000-square-foot in-law home adjacent to the main house. This separate space includes two queen beds, a TV, a cozy couch, and a dining table, offering extra comfort and privacy for guests.

There are plenty of parking spaces in the front of the house.
