Cozy 1 BRM+ in newly built house right on the canal.

Enjoy spacious 1 BRM/1 full Bath lock out with kitchenette, dining area, washer and dryer and large decks, gas grill, located right on the canal leading to the Sound, minutes away from Avon Fishing Peer. Available off season September-May. This is NOT a shared property. When you book this 1 BRM Unit, there will be no other guests in the upstairs house. The 2nd floor will just not be accessible for you.
Perfect for a couple getaway, a fishing or surfing/kiteboarding trip and will accomodate up to 3 people, provided two will share one bed. Foldable couch or futton available in the living room.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The property was new and very well furnished and clean. The property manager was easy to reach and responsive. However the property was double booked and we ended up sharing with another couple. We had the upstairs portion of the home and they had the downstairs. We only saw each other once but the home transmitted every noise. The other couple was fine and had few issues but you could hear everything even when someone would walk across the floor. Everyone spent their time trying to be extra quiet so it didn’t make it very relaxing. If not for that the property was great

Cute and cozy place

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at this small 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom suite. It was perfect for us. We were a little confused at first because the place looked so large, but there is a portion of the house that is closed off upstairs. Check in was easy and the owner was very responsive when we had questions. I would recommend bringing dish soap and a sponge since there is no dishwasher, as well as a sharp knife if you plan on cooking while there. Overall, it was a great place and would highly recommend staying there.

The property was brand new and clean. The host Sergey was real helpful and answered every question I had. The only faults about the house is the furniture the futon was not comfortable it needs a couch or something softer so you can enjoy watching TV in the evening and needs a bigger kitchen table. I don't know how they would do it but it also needs some sort of stove but I guess it's just not big enough to put one in there. Overall it was a great stay and very clean
