We had a great time! There was an HVAC issue while we were there but it was resolved quickly and efficiently. Great views and location. Very comfortable.

Great time at Aqua 404

Head a great trip. Condo was as described and great location, easy to access with elevators. Parking was a bit tricky as we didn’t ever get the gate code, luckily the security guard was able to help out. Will definitely stay at the Aqua again

It was very nice. We should have been able to purchase an extra parking space because there were plenty of empty spaces. Nine o’clock checkout is crazy. We should of had more towels because I didn’t want to have to wash towels

Crowded for 5 adults

I chose this condo because it was low to the ground floor for my mother. That and the view were the best part of this condo. The kitchen and bathrooms were tiny. You couldn’t fit more than one person in the kitchen at a time. The primary shower was extremely tight. The hall bathroom which should have accommodated 6/8 people was also tiny and the shower curtain was full of mold!The kitchen cooking pans were all dirty with leftover food, and placed in a shelf!The pool gate code didn’t work and we were not given a parking gate code. When i text thyou customer service number about this, i was told to sign in on the kiosk outside the garage to get a code. The security at the hotel said that was false and told me to use the code my sister was given from a different rental company. We have stayed at condos all over the emerald coast for 20 years. This was the most disappointing.
