The washing machine broke and never got fixed. We had towels in the load that broke and dirty towels in line to be washed which left us a few washclothes that were still clean. After 24 hrs, we decided to go home.

We experience live roaches (we have pictures), mouse poop, not even 1 extra trash bag, we had to change the filter in the air conditioner because the one in there was disgusting and full. This condo comes with 2 parking spaces however you have to pay an additional 100 to use them which is false advertisement to me for sure. The water pressure is great however the drain doesn't work in either bathroom so you are standing in a tub full of water while you are trying to actually shower.

Not what I expected for the amount I paid

I think we were the first renters here. I would definitely not stay in this condo again. The blinds in the master room were shredded to pieces, which wasn't welcoming at all. The screen outside fell on me. There was mold on the refrigerator and the remotes were all dead. It just wasn't welcoming at all and I felt kind of gross being in it. Hopefully they can make some renovations to the room because the location and views were great. The main pool and beach access is about a 2 minute walk.
