Beautiful spacious floor plan with a large 80 inch flat screen smart TV! A large multiple reclining couch, a loveseat and recliner to relax and enjoy the ocean view! We also have family games to enjoy!

😎Bedrooms:
Master bedroom is large with a comfortable king bed, 80 inch flat screen smart TV, with a walkout balcony to enjoy the breathtaking view of the ocean, beach, pool and hot tub or just sit, sip and enjoy the view in the recliner! Large bathroom with dual granite sinks and stunning spa like dual head walk in shower with bench. Spacious walk in closet with a new roll a away bed and a pack and play to use.

😎Bedroom 2:
Two queen beds and 50 inch flat screen smart TV. With a connecting bathroom with granite sink and large walk in shower.

😎Condo is furnished with free WiFi, Roku remotes , new washer and dryer, air conditioning, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, coffee maker, Keurig, coffee pods and coffee, toaster, blender, crock pot, towels and linens provided.

Tower 3, 2nd floor access to beach, pools, hot tubs, kids splash pad, bar and restaurants, hair and nail salon, par 3 golf course, tennis court, pickle ball court, shuffleboard, fitness center and so much more that Edge Water Resort has to offer!

Then, after a day of fun, sun, we have a beautiful private balcony with an ocean view meant for sitting, sipping drinks and planning your next day! In our condo you will begin and end your day with ocean views, waves crashing and reminiscing the memories made!

No matter if you are coming in for a week , two, or even a month we promise you will not be disappointed staying here to soak up your sun, fun, and creating memories.

🐬1st Payment of 50% is due at time of booking.
🐬2nd Payment is due in full 14 days prior to stay.
🐬Vehicle passes for the first vehicle is $25.00. Every vehicle thereafter is a $30.00 charge.
🐬No smoking or vaping of anything is allowed or fee will apply.
🐬Must be 25 years of age to rent.
🐬No pets.
🐬Additional fees and taxes apply.
🐬Swim bands are provided to you if not returned a $10.00 fee will apply please return all bands when your stay is over.
