Located in the heart of South Padre's entertainment district puts you within walking distance of many restaurants and shopping. This condo is located in a perfect spot, better than the ones beach front, you will walk less from here to the beach than in huge resorts! License #2023-1679

The Space:
The two bedroom, two bath condo for six is just a two minute walk to the gulf side beach! Go for a morning stroll and watch the sun rise over the ocean or spend the entire day stretched out on the sand. Then head home to splash in the onsite pool with the kids.

After a fun day in the sun, head home to cool off and relax in the living room watching cable T.V. This condo is located on the first floor meaning you will avoid unwanted stairs and elevators!

Gather around the kitchen with granite counter tops or take your food to the back balcony.

The master bedroom features a king bed and ensuite bathroom. In the guest bedroom, you will find two full sized beds. There is a second bathroom with a stand up shower.

This condo unit also has a laundry unit and wifi!

We had a great time and stayed in a nice condo near the beach. Clean, great AC, good water pressure and everything we needed was already in the kitchen. Plenty of linens, also.

Great Winter Getaway

Booking was exactly as listed. We had great communication with the property manager, RJ. He was responsive and kind. Short jaunt to the ocean access point, property had a wonderful outside space to enjoy morning and afternoon coffee. Well kept spaces.
