We do see that you called in to report some issues to us, but we did not receive any reports of these issues during your stay, our property management team has since addressed each concern. The couches have been professionally cleaned, the frying pan replaced, and the bedding switched out. A request has also been sent to the owner regarding the bed condition. The balcony screens have been removed for maintenance, but the balcony doors remain fully accessible. We truly appreciate your comments, as they help us improve our properties and guest experience.
