Perfect Winter Retreat

This rental was conveniently on 6th floor, and elevators are actually fast! The kitchen was updated with new pots and pans, and every appliance/ utensil you might want. Even the knives were sharp. Furniture was clean and comfortable. Of course, the location is excellent, with Autentika and Steamers, as well as Pizza and Burgers being neighbors. This year, all pools and hot tubs were functioning well. The only issue was that the skybridge parking garage needed repairs, and the north parking was very far from rental units. The staff and guests were impressively kind and sincere. We felt a sense of family. Thank you.

First time I have ever given a review but I booked based on the rating on VRBO. I cannot give it the 5.0 that others have. On a positive note, the best thing about this condo was the view of the water from inside. It was also very spacious, and the layout was good. But we had issues from the moment we arrived including the closet door in the bedroom that was jammed to the point it could not be opened so we were not able to hang our clothes we had brought on hangers. Light bulbs in the primary bathroom were blown and needed to be replaced. We had substantial water dripping from the ceiling in the bedroom and evidence of a leak in the hallway ceiling. The coffee maker had mold inside it. I contacted maintenance about these concerns and the let me know someone would come within 24 hours, and it was noon the next day before any attempt. I asked that they not enter without my presence and advance notice. The maintenance guy did open the door and come in while I was in the shower and alone and that was without warning. Next morning housekeeping opened our door and started in while we were having breakfast. Said they thought we had checked out. Three other times maintenance came in while we were away. Upsetting since I asked them not to do that. Furnishings are basic and condo in general needs some updates. Otherwise our stay was enjoyable. We make this trip annually and have stayed in a lot of condos that far exceed this one including one other time we stayed at the same resort.

PCB Thanksgiving Stay

This was our first time staying in Panama City, as usually we stay in Destin. We had a great, relaxing trip. Our family stayed close, in the same building but opposite side. Went to the beach a couple times, but was fairly cold. Ate lots of delicious food. Overall, a great getaway! The condo was exactly what we needed it to be. Clean, decorated nicely, no issues, overlooking the beach, and close to shopping and eateries.

Fall Break

We loved our condo! Plenty of room for the three of us in a one bedroom with the bunkbeds. It was so nice to find the tote with sand toys and boogie boards on the balcony. Great location to all the wonderful Panama City restaurants and other attractions. The pools were great and access to the beach was easy! Thanks for a great stay!

Emerald Beach #633

We always enjoy staying at Emerald Beach because of the zero entry pool for our toddler. The condo was clean, pics were accurate and was a great value. We also enjoy staying here because there are several restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely keep this condo on my list for future trips.
