Our well stocked gulf-front condo on the east side of building is very charming and beautifully decorated. The unit has one bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, bunk bed and your own private balcony for you to enjoy the breath-taking views of the emerald green water of the Gulf of Mexico and its spectacular sugar white sand beaches. Those unforgettable sunsets and incredible sunrises make your days complete. Being on the 14th floor, you get a spectacular view of the aquatic life in the gulf and your own privacy as well.

Our unit has a bedroom with a king-size bed, cable TV, and attached bathroom. Along the hallway is the bunk bed. The kitchen and living room area overlooks the Gulf of Mexico and is furnished with a queen-size sleeper sofa, 32' flat panel led HGTV with cable, and DVD player.

**THE UNIT HAS A FULL KITCHEN WITH REFRIGERATOR ELECTRIC RANGE, DISHWASHER, MICROWAVE,COMPLETE COOKWARE SET AND UTENSILS, COFFEE MAKER, BLENDER, TOASTER, SLOW COOKER (CROCK POT) AND MORE....

**A WASHER AND DRYER ARE ALSO INSIDE THE UNIT.

**MAPS AND BROCHURES ARE AVAILABLE.

** WIFI INTERNET SERVICE AVAILABLE INSIDE THE CONDO AND AT STARBUCKS.

Emerald Beach Resort has the best location in Panama City Beach. It features a large gulf front swimming pool (heated during winter time) and hottub. Another 2 pools across street, one geared to kids with bucket dumps, and another hottub! located just a couple minute walk to Sharkeys for great food and drinks. It is also located 20 minute walk to Dan Russell Fishing Pier and Pier Park Shopping Center (restaurants, movie theatre department store, gift shops are and more...).

All monthly rentals will be charged $200 monthly utility fee and a $190 cleaning fee.

CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES:
1. Please check out no later than 9:00 am (housekeeping starts at 9:00 am).
2. Load and start the dishwasher. USE ONLY DISHWASHER SOAP
3. Please wash the used bed sheets and pillowcases and start in the dryer prior to departure.
4. Empty the fridge (discard food) and please take the trash out (trash chutes are
located both to the east and west of unit by elevators).
5. Remove used linens from main bed.
6. Remove used linens from sleeper sofa.
7. Remove used linens from bunk beds.
8. Please don’t forget to leave all the resort wrist bands (there will be a charge of
$10.00 for each unreturned resort/pool tags).
9. Please close the balcony sliding door and lock the front door.

This condo had everything we wanted for a beach getaway. The sunset views are amazing! Close enough to hear the waves but far enough away to have some privacy.The condo is well furnished. We especially enjoyed having two recliners to relax in at the end of the day.Ethann, the owner, responded to all of our questions within just a few hours.

We love this resort and have stayed here many times. The view was beautiful and the condo was amazing. It had everything we needed. Ethann was a wonderful host. We have rented other condos from her and they have all been very nice. She responded promptly to any questions we had. We had no complaints and enjoyed our time here very much. We will definitely rent form Ethann again.

Super place to stay! Convenient, the Beach was wonderful and so was the pool! Comfortable beds, clean and comfortable. /These are older buildings, but well maintained. The elevators were being updated, so the wait time was a bit inconvenient, but the upgrades are great!

Great amenities, excellent view from the balcony. Ease of access from the main road. Parking was a bit cumbersome and time consuming because it’s on the other side of the property so you’d have to park and cross a bridge to get there but they have loading carts in each parking floor connected to the bridge for loading and unloading your luggage. It is next to all the places you’d like to visit including a pier couple blocks down the road for fishing or sight seeing. No complaints, everything was provided. Description of the property is spot on and definitely a great place for a couple with one - two children. Will be booking again in the near future!

Wonderful view of the beach from the 14th floor balcony. Very nice to step out the door and right on to the beach. Also within walking distance to to restaurants and shopping. Great communications with the owner, we had everything we needed to make it a stress free vacation.

This condo was very nice! I would definitely stay again. It has everything you could need for the beach. The owner was very easy to get ahold of and to work with! The only thing is check out time is at 9:00 which is a little earlier than usual.

Great location and experience

The condo was nice and clean and we had a overall great experience! The owner of the condo communicated great and really made sure we had a awesome stay! The elevators are a long wait at times but it is worth it! The view of the ocean is fantastic! I would recommend this condo to anyone!
