Family Vacation

We have stayed at Long Beach Resort for several years. We love the resort and location. The unit we stayed in was clean. The sofa bed did not have a mattress on it. It was two pieces of foam glued together so we were not able to use it. Also the cabinets in the kitchen and bathroom need to be replaced as they are warp and peeling. Overall the unit was fine and we still had an amazing time.

Look at others

Needs to be painted and cleaned. Sand on all floors. I have stayed at Long Beach for 6 years and this was the dirties unit I have ever seen.

Condo needs some attention

The cleaning crew needs to do a better job overall. We couldn't walk on the floors barefoot as our feet would be black and we'd have to wash them before going to bed. There was a dirty washcloth hanging over the shower curtain when we arrived and the bathtub was very slow to drain, something the cleaning crew would have noticed. My husband spent time cleaning the shower drain and pulled the biggest clump of hair from the drain and that helped. There was not a single coffee cup in the kitchen, Southern property management was great with everything and delivered cups first thing in the morning. They also offered to come into our rental to evaluate the floors and such but we decided we didn't want someone in our rental when we weren't there. Overall the condo needs a little TLC, the back of the loveseat is peeling terribly, the cabinet doors don't completely shut, the kitchen table is pretty banged up and one of the chairs was repaired and works but looks rough. There was only one dishtowel and no extra blankets or anything which is a pretty standard option when there is only a sheet and light blanket on the bed. This is the fourth time staying at Long Beach Resort and this condo was the roughest.

Restful

The property was very well laid out, everthing needed for a liesure time, view was great. Unit needed a bit of maintenance. The kitchen sink faucet was very loose and the TV instuctions were NOT shown (how to gain access). Would stay at this location in the future.
