The studio features a luxurious upgraded king bed with crisp white bedding, soft textures, and calming coastal tones, creating the perfect place to unwind after a day in the sun. A cozy sitting area with comfortable seating and natural textures adds a relaxed coastal charm while providing a comfortable place to read, watch smart TV, or enjoy your morning coffee.

Just off the main space, the charming built-in bunk area—designed as “Crew Quarters”—offers two cozy twin bunks tucked into a bright shiplap alcove. It’s a fun and comfortable space for kids or additional guests while maintaining the open, airy feel of the studio. Condo also features a queen pull out couch.

The entire condo features light coastal finishes, warm wood tones, woven textures, and deep navy accents, giving the space a clean, sophisticated beach-house feel. Natural light fills the room, and the thoughtful layout makes the studio feel spacious while still offering distinct sleeping and lounging areas.

Large windows and sliding glass doors fill the condo with natural light and lead out to one of the best features of the unit—your private Gulf-view balcony.
