We sincerely apologize that some aspects of your stay fell short of expectations as this is not the standard we strive to uphold at Southern Vacation Rentals. Upon review we do show the issue with the refrigerator was reported to our 24/7 Guest Services team who promptly notified our local Property Managers for this to be addressed and it was determined a vendor was needed to resolve the issue. We apologize that the issue was not resolved during your stay however we are happy to report that the issue has since been resolved. Regarding the construction, the elevator outages and the hot tub issues these are managed and maintained solely by the Homeowners Association at the property and as such Southern Vacation Rentals has no control over these issues.
