This two-story condo is part of Ali'i Cove, a private, gated community overlooking the ocean on Ali'i Drive. You'll have easy access to Honl's Beach, about a 350-yard walk up the road, with a beautiful swimming pool, sundeck, and hot tub waiting for you back on the grounds. Downtown Kailua-Kona is only one mile north, offering a wide assortment of great restaurants, coffee shops, recreational outfitters, and a farmers market.

The outdoor spaces at this condo are generous and scenic. Begin each morning with a cup of local coffee and an ocean view on the private lanai just off the primary bedroom suite. Downstairs, a second spacious lanai provides a private gas grill, seating for dining and lounging, and a lovely spot to watch the sunset.

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
