Okayish stay
Properly smelled liked dog pee covered by pinesol when I arrived. There was a spot of dried dog pee under the edge of the fridge that I noticed.
The code I was given did not use when I initially arrived. Property team quickly replied and got me the correct code.
There was a bitter mildew smell in front bathroom during the entire stay. The master bath smelled also.
They eventually had someone come out and he couldn’t figure out where the smell was coming from, then a plumber was sent with leak detector and he found mold in master bathroom with leak behind the wall where tub was located.
Another plumber was sent to assess and provide a new estimate and eventually dug up side yard and repaired leak, he also replaced seal in front bathroom toilet saying that was where the bitter smell came from. Although smell persisted even after that.
There were Ants in the master bath and from work area, Something bit me on the eyelid while sleeping one night causing a lot of swelling. Pest control was sent twice…
It was not cost effective to move to another location as property management did not have another location close enough to sitter for my child.
They offered 10% refund off of total cost….
