We had an incredible stay and experience at the Cashmere Coconut. Great layout of the house, nice private pool, and a short walk to a private beach area were all highlights. Super clean and instructions were clear ahead of our arrival. Bre was exceptional as our host, and she was incredibly responsive to everything we needed before our arrival and while we were there. Our family absolutely loved our stay here, and we plan to come back again sometime as well.

Bre, the host, was very communicative and helpful! Home was clean and so cute! Plenty of space. Minutes from the beach, town, and to the cute bar at the front of the neighborhood, made it the perfect stay for our bachelorette party!

Sarah I hope you had THE BEST BACHELORETTE PARTY in History at The Cashmere Coconut Beach House in Gorgeous Destin, FL! And YeS we agree, having the SANDOS BEACHSIDE CAFE & BAR at the entrance to our property since it was built recently in 2025 is a HUGE Perk as well! We love to get their coffee for walks on the beach in the mornings and wrap up the day with cocktails watching the Sunset from their Amazing ROOFTOP TIKI Bar! WE love that you had such a great vacay and we hope you visit again soon!

Loved our stay!

We loved staying here! Location was great. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. We had plenty of room for everyone and the house fit our needs perfectly!

Perfect family getaway

We loved our stay at the Cashmere Coconut! The house was the perfect size for our group. The golf cart and heated pool were an added bonus. They had basically everything we needed so that made packing easier. We will definitely be back!

Amazing home away from home!

It was our family’s first trip to Destin and this beach home was definitely the frosting on the cake. Clean, comfortable for grandparents and teens. The location was a 5 minute walk to the beach or a quick drop off with the golf cart rental. Close to restaurants and food delivery was accessible.

Sept stay

This property is perfect for a small group 8 to 10 it’s located near a large number of beach accesses restaurants and any store that you may need purchase supplies. The house while it appears small it very roomy and has all basic home needs. The pool is very well appointed and a true pleasure to enjoy

Family Vaca 2023

The Cashmere Coconut Beach House was perfect for our family of 11. The grandkids loved having the pool. We were very happy with the proximity to everything we wanted to do. The golf cart was icing on the cake! Bre was awesome to work with, and will definitely stay again if we are back in Destin.

Destin wedding

Very comfortable home. Well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Host was very accommodating and quick to respond with answers to my questions. Beach towels and beach chairs are a big plus. House is clean and wonderfully decorated.

Wonderful vacation

We had an amazing time on our trip! Bre was an excellent host. The house is very clean and I absolutely love the set up. Ideal for large groups where everyone is able to have their own space/bed. Great location especially if you’re able to rent a golf cart. Beach access is a short walk and we took the cart to dinner each night. It was a wonderful stress free weekend!

This was a great place to stay for my extended family. Host was excellent, great communication. House was spacious and comfortable. Some things to note about the property that I either missed or didn’t see in the listing: To access the pool from the house you have to pass through the two downstairs bedrooms. This can be a privacy issue for those with the downstairs rooms. You can also easily walk around the house to access the pool so it’s not a dealbreaker, but worth noting. Bonus: they had towels and beach chairs for us to use! That was excellent. Finally, 3 minute walk to the beach is not door to door. You would probably need to be an Olympic speed walker to get to the beach gate in 3 minutes. It’s more like 6-10 depending on your pace. Still a great location, but we had a wide range of abilities and were anticipating shorter walks. But it all worked out great.

Friend Getaway

We had the best time at our stay! Bre was incredible to communicate with, quick answers, and so helpful! The house slept 13 girls comfortably. The pool heater was amazing at night when it was a little chilly outside, so worth it! Perfect location to the beach. So much to do in the area close by. Highly recommend this stay! We can’t wait to rebook for our next girls trip!
