Pelican Walk 806 has been recently remodeled and features two bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms! The primary bedroom has a king size bed with adjoining private bath with an oversized custom tile shower. The second bedroom has two full size beds with an adjoining bathroom that has a tub/shower combo. There is a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room and a 65" smart TV. The expansive living room and dining areas overlook the Gulf with floor to ceiling windows. The spacious balcony is ideal spot to watch dolphins swimming in the Gulf and view the sunset over the water! Pelican Walk 806 offers plenty of space to relax and make cherished family memories at the beach!

Nestled on the quiet end of PCB on Thomas Drive and close to the State Park, Pelican Walk is one of Panama City Beaches most FAMILY & PET Friendly condominiums. An amazing family trip!

Large and Comfortable Condo

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Large and Comfortable CondoLarge bedrooms and living area, super large master bathroom. Easily sleep 8 adults. The beds were comfortable however the linens were worn. The condo is on the 8th floor, higher than we would have liked. and the pictures show that the balcony larger than it was pictured. We were impressed that the condo had on-site management and mechanical service personnel. Had an issue with the TV was fixed in a mater of minutes. The included umbrella and beach lounges were a plus.The negatives that we would say was that the paper goods were limited and the cheapest that could be found. We were there for three weeks yet got only supplies as if we were there for one week. The kitchen was outfitted with garage sale finds and definably difficult to do any cooking other than simple meals. There is no condiments or spices left there, had to buy everything.This condo is defiantly as a money maker for the owner, probably will not rent again.

We understand the importance of a well-maintained condo and strive to meet guest expectations. Because of your useful feedback, we have updated the items in the kitchen and have ordered new bedding. Pelican Walk 806 is a very popular condo and linens are professionally laundered after each stay. Unfortunately, the bedding becomes worn over time. The paper goods provided are an “initial supply” to get you started with your stay. As shared in all of our correspondence, we let guests know an “initial setup” of supplies is provided and extra will need to be purchased depending upon the length of your stay. Possibly you missed this in the emails we sent you. We apologize for the confusion. Additionally, we also let guests know they need to bring their own condiments, spices, coffee filters, etc. We also ask that departing guests remove used food items upon departure. Any “used” items that are left, are removed by our professional housekeeping staff to ensure the health and safety of our guests. Given the general risks associated with foodborne illness, we would hate for a guest to ingest spoiled condiments or tainted spices. We hope you give 806 another try in the future. The VIEW is truly amazing!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Over a great place, this particular unit was a tiny bit dated however it was great for our family of 7! Plenty of room, perfect views. We loved being able to see all the marine life from the 8th floor. We stay here annually but usually on the 2nd floor but the 8th floor was just as great as the 2nd. I recommend Pelican Walk to anyone the staff is always nice and friendly. Checking in and out is always easy and convenient.
