Great Family Spring Break Trip

This is a great property! Clean and management is easy to get along with regarding communication. This property had everything a family needs from the grandparents to the kids. Our stay was a vacation lending to memories for the future.

Women's birthday getaway

The house was spacious for the ladies birthday getaway. Very clean and had everything we needed. The host was easy to get ahold of and very responsive. The pool area was perfect for us.

Nice place

Nice clean place with amenities like TP, dish washer soap, … which we don’t take for granted. We really enjoyed the pool and spa. Safe neighborhoods. Host was very responsive. Check out was also simple without long to do list like some places we have been which was a good ending to our vacation.

I had a wonderful stay. The host was very friendly and accommodating, and she communicated very well. The property is very clean and comfy and the pool was wonderful. The kitchen is huge and was fully stocked. The location was perfect and close to all entertainment, malls and several beaches. I loved this stay and will most-likely return to this property. It was a perfect pick.

Perfect place for family and friends

Every detail is taken care of with the supplies for anything you need while in a home, plus tons of fun games, pool toys, and essentials. The pool and spa was perfect and despite my lack of knowledge for the pool and spa the owner walked me through how to get it all working properly. This place is really one step above almost any place you will stay.

Beautiful Home

Our family of 11 enjoyed this beautiful home. It’s very spacious and had everything we could need. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. All communication with the property manager before booking and even during our stay was quick and friendly. She even had suggestions for a quiet beach for family photos. Thanks for a great home during our family vacation!

Our stay was great. Communication from/with the host was excellent and timely. Check in/out was seamless and the couple very small maintenance issues we had were resolved well and quickly. Place was very clean and had good quiet electric ac/heat and ceiling fans. The bedroom arrangement accommodated all our needs, beds were comfortable, kids loved the smart tvs in every bedroom (plus the big one in the LR). Living room furniture was accommodating and comfortable, kitchen well equipped - had everything we needed. Heated pool and hot tub was a big plus as we were there in a slight cold snap. Pool doesn’t get super warm (80 degrees) but good enough. Built in Hot tub was good and used frequently as well as gas fire pit on patio. Nice place to gather in the evening. Neighborhood was lovely and quiet but very close to Everything. Big garage. The house has been remodeled (nice appliances, countertops etc) but does show a little wear and tear from the renters (some scuffed walls/doors) but nothing that affected our stay. Overall a great experience with the house and the host.

Amazing

The hole process from the initial booking right up the the day to leave was absolutely amazing. Great services and a great house set up for families or even 2 families traveling together. We booked the house for our beach wedding and any questions that we had they were right on top of it. There communication was one of the best ive had in a long time. This was everything we were looking for and more in a little vacation house.

Can't say enough about this property and the property managers. There were no surprises! The property is exactly like the listing. Clean and well stacked with everything you would need. We had 9 family members including 3 kids ages 4-13 and had a wonderful time. We won't hesitate to rent this property in the future. It had everything we needed including games and toys for the kids and if we had a request the management responded promptly. The pool was a big hit of course! They did everything possible to make our stay memorable, which it was!! I give this property and management 5 star!

Not What we Expected

The kitchen and bathrooms were very nice. Looked like they were recently updated. Our first impression from the outside was not good. The front door needs to be cleaned and/or painted and the front yard needs some attention. Unfortunately we did not use the backyard because the outside furniture was dirty. The hot tub had a tile missing from the space where you would go from the hot tub into the pool and the bottom of pool had quite a bit of dirt in the bottom. The patio and pool need a through cleaning. The inside of the house was pretty clean but have to say that this house did not deserve a 10/10 rating. We have a fun time but have definitely stayed at better Vrbo rentals in Palm Harbor.
