This property is family-friendly and has plenty of space. The pool was great. The inside of the house left some to be desired in the way of dirty floors, an AC that only seems to work in half the house, ants, and missing essentials such as dish soap. Overall it was a good experience but could have been better.

The house was nice and modern. I gave a 4 on cleanliness because the kitchen pots, pans and blender needed cleaned. Some are old and need replaced. The refrigerator shelf needs a deep cleaning or replaced. The master bedroom bed liner and pillows need replaced. It’s a very nice house, just needs a little deep cleaning. The owner was very responsive to my questions.

Place was so nice the outside needs a bit of cleaning around the deck and door area and the pool pump was not working but we had fun anyway. It was set up well for our family ! Great location easy to get to the beach and amazing sunsets each night.

Twin Oaks is a lovely property located on a quiet street that was close to the beaches and downtown. I felt safe and well thought of. The property was clean and spacious. I am looking forward to a return visit.

Birthday Getaway

Property was as exactly as shown online. Clean, well appointed and modern. Quiet neighborhood with an easy drive to the beaches. The owner was very quick to reply to any questions and was extremely customer service focused. Great place to stay if visiting Clearwater.

The owner is fantastic. There were problems that developed with the plumbing while we were there and the owner went over and above to work at getting them resolved.
