Stunning two-story Crystal Beach house sleeping up to 10 guests just a 3-minute walk to the beach and steps from the community pool. Enjoy upgraded interiors, spacious living areas, private balconies, and incredible outdoor space with grill, fire pit, and dining area.

Located in the desirable Crystal Shores neighborhood, this home offers comfort, style, and an unbeatable Destin location. Relax on the front porch, sip coffee on the private balcony, or unwind after a beach day in the beautifully designed living spaces.

Inside you’ll find an open-concept living and dining area, fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, washer and dryer, and comfortable bedrooms.

Step outside to enjoy the backyard featuring outdoor dining, gas grill, fire pit seating area, outdoor rinse shower, and beach gear storage.

*Maximum occupancy is 10 guests (including children/babies). This is a fire code regulation and cannot be exceeded.

MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25. NO EXCEPTIONS. This is an HOA policy, and may be asked to provide a driver's license for age verification. No pets allowed.

THE LOCATION
Crystal Beach is one of Destin’s most desirable beach neighborhoods known for emerald waters, white sand, and charming coastal vibes.
Public beach access is just a short 3-minute walk and includes pavilion seating, picnic tables, restrooms, and handicap-accessible ramp access.
You’ll be close to Camille’s at Crystal Beach, Publix, Whole Foods, Destin Commons shopping center, restaurants, and attractions. Scenic Highway 98 offers beautiful walking and biking paths.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out details located on fridge. No Subleasing. No changing locks/door codes. No moving/rearranging furniture. Set A/C at 75 in the summer. Set heat at 69 in the winter. A/C fan should be on AUTO
All trash has to be taken out when checking out. Fridge has to be emptied from any items you put in it. Anything you brought with you has to be removed from house.
All dishes have to be washed if used before checking. out. Any excessive cleaning will result in a $30 charge after check out per hour. Can not remove or cover ring doorbells.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking inside fence only, no parking on side walk, grass, in front of house. No boats, RVs, wave runners, trailers allowed. A fine will be accessed
Trash cans have to be rolled in if placed out on trash day. Trash cans cannot be left outfront or visible from street. Grill cannot be moved outfront
No moving/rearranging furniture Cannot hang stuff from railings No subleasing No changing locks/codes No covering ring doorbell or outside cameras

The perfect weekend getaway

We LOVED our stay here! It was super close to the beach and we loved walking over to camille’s for coffee and drinks. The neighborhood was so cute and family friendly. Would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive and accommodating!!

This property is perfection! We have stayed in the Destin area multiple times before. Tiffany the owner was so helpful and pleasant to work with. This home has EVERYTHING AND MORE that you can want. Location is amazing . Hope to come back asap!!! There were 6 of us just perfect.

The property was located close to the beach, nice , quiet neighborhood. It did have a rather off putting smell inside. Like maybe it had been smoked in before. But that was the only less than stellar thing about the property. 10/10 would stay again!

The perfect vacation rental

This house was so amazing. Everything was just as described. So many extras we didn’t expect. Location of pool right next to house is perfect if you have small children. So close to the beach. Even with a 2 1/2 month old the walk was easy being just a few minutes. We were early and able to get in a little early which was so wonderful after a 14 hour drive. We would love to stay here again. Thank you Tiffany for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Family beach trip

There were 7 of us (3 couples and one 3 year old) who stayed in the house. It was a fully stocked kitchen and we were able to prepare several meals and used the outdoor grill and seating as well. We were able to sit at the table and eat together and relax on the couches and watch tv or play games. The house was a short walk to the beach but we rented a golf cart which was a lot of fun running to the beach, restaurants and to get ice cream every night. We ate several meals at Camille’s which is right across the street. The beach has private access with a bathroom. The restaurants we chose were Dewey Destin, Boshamps, Crab Trap and Pompano Joes. All yummy! We visited the Gulfarium for a dolphin and sea lion show as well as up close sea animal visits. Very fun and affordable. We shopped at Destin Commons and got groceries at Publix. Great area to stay - we will be back!

Absolutely wonderful place to get away

Our stay was amazing. We had all the amenities of home. In a friendly atmosphere. A short walk to the beach and a pool within steps. Minutes from shopping outlets and attractions. Comminication with Tiffany the host was easy and pleasant. We will definitely be staying again!!!
