An award winning chalet in the picturesque village of Vaujany, with outstanding views all around. This is the perfect place for large groups of people and families wanting to enjoy the peaceful area. All bedrooms have en-suite facilities and balconies with spectacular views. The chalet comprises of 10 en-suite bedrooms, sleeping 2 - 25 people.

The ground floor has a large entrance hallway, leading to two separate south facing living/dining rooms with central kitchen and under floor heating, each living room has inspiring views, balconies and a log-fire. On the lower ground floor is games room with television, bar football and table tennis, there is a large heated ski/boot room and outside is a sunny terrace where a new state of the art hot tub is situated enabling you to relax in style whilst looking out at the breathtaking scenery all around you. Guests can enjoy free wireless access to broadband

Exceptional revisited

I’ve stayed at Chalet Saskia three times, incorporating ten nights in both their summer and winter seasons. I may be considered a fan, but for good reason. This Chalet, the location, its facilities, the ambiance, but most of all the food are first class. I ski and cycle and it offers a very accomplished base for both activities. Convenient and fast lift service into the Alpe d’Huez Ski area and fantastic access to the cycling climbs made famous by Le Tour. You can ride, walk, ski, jump, swim, find trails challenge yourself whatever the season. Or just get away from it all. Safe in the knowledge that a brilliant base awaits at the end of the day, with all the facilities to make your trip a success.

Even better the second time round

This was my second visit to Villa Saskia, and for the 2 years in between I have boasted to my friends coming on this trip how amazing the accomodation, the staff and the food where. My friends were blown away and 3 weeks later they are still talking about the food and already planning a return visit. Can not speak highly enough of Marcus and his team.

Perfect in every way

Every cyclist dream ! An amazing location close to all those historic Alpine climbs and when you have had enough the sting in the tail to the Chalet is where Chris Froome and Richie Port battled it out to a classic finish That Chalet itself is of a high standard only supassed by the amazing food all topped of with brilliant hosts. We will be back Thanks

Fantastic chalet with fabulous views

We were a group of 20 and stayed in Feb 2015. We had a truly amazing time in this beautiful chalet and with Marcus's incredible cuisine. We would definitely stay here again.

Génial

Nous avons passé un très bon week-end au chalet, chaque chambre dispose d'une salle de bain privée avec WC, ce qui est très agréable quand vous êtes un groupe d'amis comme nous. La cuisine professionnelle est très bien équipée (du jamais vu). Les salons avec cheminées sont agréables. Foncez ! C'est top.

Why they chose this property

It has SO much space, perfect for large groups of people who want to all spend time and eat together. The games room and terrace with hot tub allows for lot of fun, smiles and laughs too. There are also various areas where you can find solace, peace and quiet whilst you look across the scenery

What makes this property unique

Vaujany itself is hidden gem of a place with a village atmosphere and world class skiing and superb facilities. They have an International Ice Hockey stadium and bowling facility! Ski Peak (the family run company, built in 1988) representatives on hand to help with anything.
