Surprise

No one told us about the extra charges . 25.oo to park. 20.00 per person to swim. The security guards were extra helpful. Thats where we had to get all our information about the complex.

Not what we expected

It wasn't up to date, some things didn't work, wasn't beach front or on a private beach like the listing said, and having to pay for parking and wristbands were a waste of money and not worth it.

Communication

Check in and address to unit was ridiculous. Owner never responded to any questions when management co referred you to directly contact them.. Waterr shut off notice was 24 hours ahead of time, had to leave rental for 4 hours because of having no water. Items in house broken upon arrival.

Cheri, Thank you for your feedback! We’re sorry to hear you encountered frustration during your stay. Our team is always available for support and committed to resolving any issues as quickly as possible. The water shutoff was due to an unexpected emergency repair initiated by the complex HOA. We notified all affected guests immediately after receiving their communication. Following your departure, we did not find any broken items during our inspection. However, we would have been happy to address any concerns had we been made aware during your visit. Guest comfort is very important to us, and we’re always here to help. We’d love the chance to welcome you back for a smoother and more enjoyable experience.
