Clean and cozy property, had all the amenities we needed. Property was pet friendly, and it included some goodies for our doggy to feel welcome. Hot tub was clean and relaxing on a cold winter evening.

We enjoyed our stay in Seabrook but the house was a little lacking. Mainly in the kitchen area...it's listed as gourmet but things clearly haven't been updated in awhile. The salt shaker for example was one big clump of salt. Probably the biggest issue, though, was the lack of a window screen on the "kids" bedroom upstairs. The weather was nice so we had the windows open but there is no screen and it's a long way to the ground. Not the safest thing. Overall a great stay but a few things could stand to be updated and make this an amazing house.

We stayed 2 nights. When we arrived at 5:30 pm, the hot water, fireplace and stove did not work. Called office. The propane tank was empty!!! A new tank was brought over. The fireplace was not fixed until the next afternoon as it needed additional service. We could not figure out the TV. Called the office again. There were no instructions on operating the TV. Needed guidance from them. But it still did not work properly. TV not fixed until next afternoon either. No instructions on garbage, recycle or location of bins. Actually there was a nice page on how to take care of our dog on the property, but nothing else one the property itself.I will say that the office staff, Joe, the night person, was very helpful. James, the service manager, was also very helpful. The property location was great. The house itself was a bit worn.

Seabrook was just what our busy family needed to give us a needed break before school started up again. We really enjoyed our stay at Big Fish and all the Seabrook area had to offer. We arrived later than expected and had a bit of trouble accessing our location because we lost our cell phone coverage but eventually figured it out. Big Fish is small, but comfortable. We used the hot tub nightly and rode our bikes everywhere we wanted to go. We'd recommend updating the blinds (a few looked to be chewed by dogs) and consider updates in the kitchen. We cook a lot and found some essential tools missing and the oven's temperature seemed on the hot side. The landscaping was also quite overgrown - and made two of the adirondack chairs unusable. All in all, a great stay, and we would consider returning for sure.
This was my first time to visit Seabrook and it was a blast. Will definitely be coming back again. Brought our bikes to ride around and glad we did. It’s wonderful to be able to send out the kids to ride in this safe environment. Home was cute. Enjoyed the hot tub as well, although couldn’t figure out how to change the temp, 104 is hot!
