Seabrook's Forest for the Seas: Hot Tub, Dog Friendly
Professionally managed onsite by Seabrook Hospitality. By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym.
Relax. It’s time to have fun!
Forest for the Seas is a one-of-kind vacation getaway with something for everyone. The house backs up to an amazing old-growth forest, but it’s also just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Crack a window, and be mesmerized by the sound of the ocean through the trees.
It’s the perfect place for every member of your family or group (including the dog) to relax in privacy. But it’s also full of fantastic gathering spaces and fun things to do any time of the year. Pick your favorite spot, grab a glass of wine and forget about your cares back home.
- Fire pit and yard: The private fire pit is great for hanging out, with plenty of seating on beach-classic Adirondack chairs and cool custom driftwood benches. It’s the perfect spot any time, keeping you and your S’mores toasty and warm. The yard is spacious, with a fence that’ll keep your dog nearby.
- The porch and side deck: The grand front porch runs the entire length of the house and provides a perfect spot for relaxing with your morning coffee, reading a book, or just saying hi to your neighbors walking by. The side deck features an outdoor dining table for 6 and overlooks the fire pit.
- Hot tub and back deck: The 6-person hot tub is positioned facing the beautiful, old-growth forest. With no neighbors on this side, and no one behind, you’re free to soak away your stress without interruption. The back deck also faces the forest, with breakfast table seating and a large gas barbecue for the grill master.
- Kitchen and dining room: The full, upgraded kitchen features granite countertops and high-end cookware for fixing up amazing meals. The dishwasher means you won’t be stuck washing up every night, and the 14-cup coffee pot and waffle iron will wake everyone up in the morning. There’s even a KitchenAid mixer if you feel like baking up some magic. The new dining room table seats 8, with counter seating for 3 more at the kitchen island.
- Living room: The main floor is a completely open floor plan, so you can socialize all the way from the kitchen to the living room. The living area features comfy leather furniture with a beautiful gas fireplace that will warm up your feet and your soul. The TV has full cable with sports package, a Blu-ray/DVD player and in-ceiling surround-sound speakers.
- Media room and Library: Downstairs is a 55” 4K TV with high end speakers and a 4K Blu-ray/DVD player. A great spot to hang out if the weather isn’t cooperating. Upstairs is another common area with stocked bookshelves, a writing desk and another TV with Blu-ray/DVD player. The room is bright with natural sunlight and a comfy place to pick up a book.
Sleeping arrangements: Up to 8-10 guests
- Primary suite (main floor): King-size bed with spectacular forest views and full bath.
- Second primary suite (daylight basement): Another king-size bed with full bath. The suite has heated floors and direct access to the hot tub
- Guest bedroom: Queen bed with a large walk-in closet. Jack and Jill full bath.
- Double twin bedroom: Two twin beds off the library.
- Queen pull-out sofa: For extra-large groups, two more can take the library sleeper.
This house is also less than 5-minutes’ walk from the beach, downtown Seabrook’s shops and restaurants, the year-round indoor pool, Crescent park with horseshoes and community fire pits, kid’s playground, and the new basketball, tennis and pickleball courts at the entrance to the Farm District.
Whether you spend your time at the house or wander around the town and nature trails—you’re guaranteed to find your happy place at Forest for the Seas.
