There is also an upstairs screened sunroom sleeping porch. Across from St. Paul Lutheran Church, the home is just one block from St. Ambrose University, The Outing Club and VanderVeer Park's iconic fountain and Conservatory. And it's just a short walk for groceries, pharmacy, coffee shops, restaurants and bakeries. Treat yourself to a stay at this one-of-a-kind property!
