A three bed, two bath home, (2 main level bedrooms, 1 basement) our modern farmhouse is cozy and bright, and provides an open concept layout. It boasts a large living room, a well stocked kitchen, an island and dining room. We also provide a large deck and backyard. A newly remodeled basement offers a laundry room and a large family room with a ping pong table. We are family friendly and have toys and books for littles to enjoy.

Situated in a prime location, this modern farmhouse home resides in Rock Island and is centrally located in the Quad Cities. Some near by attractions include:

Please note the drive way is shred by the neighbors during the week days most weeks Monday -Friday however our guests are our priority if you will have more then 2 cars or feel that you need more space during your stay please reach out we we will have the neighbors park elsewhere during your stay.

Everything was spotless and had all the amenities. We were very impressed. The house seemed to be recently renovated and it was very comfortable. Beds were comfortable and we slept well. The area is nice and everything is close.

This is a great property and the host is very responsive! Our only issue was that when we booked we didn't know that we would be sharing the driveway on week days from 7:30-4:30; we checked in on Tuesday and checked out on Thursday. Overall I would recommend this property, like I said the host was wonderful!

Perfect Girlfriend Weekend !

A perfect place for college girlfriends to reunite, relax, recharge and reconnect! Clean, comfortable and a great location. Our host was very accommodating too as we were all coming from different places at different times. We hope to stay here again when in town!

Ok, so first of all, this property is awesome! Immaculately clean, completely remodeled, and conveniently located. Check in and check out are a breeze, and the property provides any and everything you could need... Even kids toys. Lastly, Scott is just a great host. Responsive, accommodating, and ready for guests.It's can be hard to find a nice place in the quad cities. Look no further.

Perfect Family House

We had the most wonderful stay over Easter weekend. The house has been beautifully redone, but it was still incredibly family friendly. It had everything we needed and was in the perfect location. We couldn’t have been happier with the house or the owner and entire stay. Looking forward to returning on our frequent trips to Rock Island.
