Originally built in 1941 by world-renowned California artist, Channing Peake, honeymooned at by Gregory Peck in 1955, frequented by Hollywood stars including Audrey Hepburn and featured in the classic family Disney Movie (“STUB, The Best Cowdog in the West”), Rio Vista Ranch is truly a historical masterpiece.

Take a step back in time to enjoy historic California Rancho life, with large open windows throughout, overlooking the property (and beyond), this bright modern ranch-style home is gently shaded by oak, sycamore, pine and walnut trees.
