Home features include 2 story living room with decorative fireplace, LVP flooring, SS appliances, granite kitchen, smart TVs in every room. New bedroom furniture with super comfy beds. The dining room seats 6 plus 2 counter stool for 8 person dining. Small enclosed deck with retractable awning and an outside shower and ambiance firepit table. Driveway for 1-2 cars (Ford level 2 EV charger available!) and street parking. Guests must bring sheets/towels.

Why they chose this property

I grew up vacationing at the South Jersey shore. When I was looking for the perfect vacation/rental home and found this in diamond beach, I fell in love with it. I had a vision to renovate it and fresh finishes. It’s a short 10 minute walk to the beach. I love that there are bars and restaurants right on the beach. There is a restaurant just a few steps from the house, bar, market, mini golf, market, and more. Diamond beach has the most beautiful beach and ocean water at the south jersey shore.
