It was cozy stay and host is always ready to answer as quickly as possible. Rooms are so clean and location makes stay perfect if you want to stay somewhere between Zion and Bryce. View outside of the rooms are awesome too !!

A good value overall considering the overpriced hotels in the area. Location is great, very clean. Pictures are misleading, but this is to be expected. I would stay there again. Strongly recommended.

Convenient location

Great for visiting Zion Bryce and the area around that. Hiked the Wave, Buckskin gulch, Angle’s landing and many other great hikes the week I was there.

This is a very relaxing, pleasant place with pleasant and attentive staff. Very clean & well-maintained. It is rustic and older but that's part of its charm.

With wonderful expectations however situations with my wife’s health occurred and our only option was to leave. We felt terrible about leaving and losing our payment for that night. Perhaps we could be given credit for a night in the future.

Found this location on Expedia didn't have a place to stay. Everything was booked, communication is horrible, no check-in instructions. Check-in was a joke. Nobody at the desk had to call a number, at that point they told us what room we're in and a code to a lock box. The bed and bathroom was clean, but Carpet was stained badly
