Luxury estate with jacuzzi and private pier

Welcome to the Blue Pearl - a luxurious river front estate with a private pier to catch crabs, fish, kayak, soak in the outdoor jacuzzi and enjoy the river life.

Four bedrooms with three full bath ensuites and over 2800 square feet of luxury accommodations await you. Pull up to your private boat dock, catch Maryland blue crabs with the provided crab traps, toast s’mores in the firepit while sitting in your Adirondack chairs. Enjoy two decks to view the sunrises and sunsets.

Master Bedroom has king bed, gas fireplace and full floor to ceiling windows to enjoy the water views. Master bath has jacuzzi tub, double rain shower, heated tile floors.

Second and third bedrooms are ensuite and include queen beds with luxury appointments. Fourth bedroom (Queen sofa sleeper) is attached to one of the bedrooms via a hallway.

Kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, 6 burner gas stove with grill and double ovens, beverage fridge, and Thor undercounter fridges, coffee maker, air fryer, microwave, fully equipped kitchen/supplies. Enjoy the full river views and calm serenity of the water while spending family meals together.

Living room has HDTV with cable and board games.

Decks include Blackstone grill, shade umbrella and outdoor furniture.

House comes with cable, WiFi, board games, linens/towels, washer/dryer, paper products, cleaning supplies, detergents, and complimentary toiletries. Driveway for three cars. Stair access for main level and decks.

POLICYS: No smoking or pets. No events, parties or large gatherings. Must be 30 years of age to book. This house is not offered as a party/event venue.

Please--this house is limited to eight (8) people on the premises. It is not available as a venue for hosting weddings, parties, celebrations, graduations, etc. (unless you are limiting your celebration to 8 people). Thank you for your help in respecting our property.

This house was beautiful, and the yard and decks were fantastic. It was quiet, picturesque, and mostly well appointed/supplied. The only important criticism I would share is that when it indicates four bedrooms, sleeping eight, it is a bit misleading as one of the bedrooms is merely a sitting room that has a foldaway couch and the bedroom down the hall cannot exit to the living room or kitchen, without walking through that bedroom, so it’s not truly a private/separate bedroom. It would be better described as a three bedroom that can sleep eight. Beautiful home!

The Blue Pearl exceeded our expectations. Our stay was pure luxury. The host has thought of every possible amenity from the towel warmer to the kayaks to the gourmet kitchen. Having fresh steamed crab caught that day right off of the dock was a wonderful experience.

This was our second stay here and have booked next year already. The house is beautiful and clean. Incredible views from the decks. We bring our boat with us, the dock is perfect. We are able to run to many dock and dine restaurants from there. The owner stopped by midweek to see if we needed anything. Can’t say enough about how great the house and hosts are!

Great Getaway

We loved our stay at The Blue Pearl! The house and view are both even more beautiful than in the photos and we enjoyed watching the osprey and other birds from the deck. The location makes this a super easy getaway from the DC area and the hosts were very communicative and responsive.

A wonderful weekend getaway

We had a wonderful visit at this lovely property. Despite having a thunderstorm one of the days we were there, we were able to enjoy some outdoor time, kayak on the water, and even catch a crab with the provided cages. Beautiful property right on the water. Close enough to local attractions like Solomons Island but once you get to the house you might not want to leave! Loved making crab cakes on the blackstone outdoor griddle.

Expectations were exceeded! The house was beautiful, clean, bright and comfortable. The pier was perfect for docking our boat. Nice location for short trips to Solomon’s for food and drinks. Our stay was during a heat wave and the A/C had no trouble keeping us cool and comfortable when we had to hide from the sun.

This home is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The view from the kitchen is stunning. The pier is perfect for fishing, crabbing, relaxing, and spending lazy, sunny, summer afternoons with family. The property / house was beautiful! The view is absolutely gorgeous and was a dream to wake up to! Loved our time in the hot tub, sitting on the deck around the fire, and cooking in that amazing kitchen! Also explored a local restaurant 20 minutes from the house and received top notch service. The property owners were extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again!!!

Absolutely wonderful

Absolutely wonderful. This is a beautiful home on the water and it was immaculate. My grandchildren loved it because they could fish, crab, and go kayaking. The surrounding area had everything you needed as far as food, The last night that we were there we bought some steamed crabs from Calvert seafood and They were well priced and delicious. Shane was a wonderful host and we plan on doing this again
