Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please leave the beach passes on the kitchen island. Please note that there is a $300 replacement fee for each unreturned item (that is: 2 walking passes and 1 car pass).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Fireplace not to be used and no fires outside the house.
Quiet times from 10pm to 7am, everyday.
