Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Tenant agrees to the following prior to leaving the property Below is a quick checklist: 2. Wash all dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Unload dishwasher and return to the original location.
3.. Clean out Refrigerator completely-condiments can stay. 5. Wipe all counters, sink, stove top and appliances. 6. Put out trash/recyclables in the appropriate containers at side of house.
7. Strip sheets/towels. Put next to washer. Start load of towels. 8. Return furniture to original position. 9. Clean grill with brush and recover it. 10. Check drawers, closets to see if anything left

We find the combination of the quiet charm of Ocean Grove next to the vibrancy and excitement of the restaurants, shops, galleries, and night spots of Asbury Park the perfect combination.
