The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn off the ACs
During the winter put the mini split units in "Economy Mode" before checking out.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Only guests in the reservation will be accepted. Absolutely no parties or loud music. This is a family oriented neighborhood.
When returning from the beach, guests must use outdoor shower to remove sand prior to entering the home and the pool.
Do not move furniture. Must Cover grill and fire pit after each use. Cover outdoor furniture in case of rain. HOUSE MUST BE LEFT EXACTLY AS FOUND.
