I could have filmed an episode of COPS out of my window.

Duplex is located in neighborhood that is known for it's drug activity. Trash and broken glass are strown about. The actual property was actually livable , if you don't mind crooked floors,with lots of poor handyman repairs. We had a rain storm that came through and rain water came through the back sliding door unto the kitchen floor. The Tub/ Shower is

The neighborhood is family oriented with mostly school aged kids and families . You were able to stay over 2 months without incident.
