Great location and property to celebrate in Georgetown. My family and I travelled in for graduation and it was awesome. Easy to get in to town, very clean and nice bedrooms. Easy spot to get around town. Will definitely stay again when in DC. Host was super friendly and easy to chat with.
Ever was a great host…very responsive to all of our needs. This property is walkable to all of Georgetown with a neighborhood market and a delicious deli within a block. It is extremely comfortable and has all the conveniences of home (full kitchen, washer & dryer, etc.)…and a serene and relaxing courtyard. We will definitely stay here again!
Ever House was the perfect location for our annual girls weekend. The house was cozy and had so much charm with its unique history. The location was great for a short walk to Georgetown for shopping and dinner. The owners were extremely helpful and responsive with any questions and even suggestions for restaurants etc. Would highly suggest this property for your next DC getaway!
Ever was amazing during our stay. Very interested in making sure we had everything we needed. Old home with lots of charm, and the location was great for us as we visited all the sights in DC. Walking distance to great restaurants and shops. Thank you for everything!
The townhome is beautiful. Fantastic location. We love Stachowski's market across the street!
We had a feeling we may have been one of the first VRBO visitors- for lack of reviews. We only had 5 guests, but found it difficult to share one shower. If there are 8 guests, I can imagine it would be even more difficult. I think this vacation stay has room for improvements in regards to amentities . As a VRBO host, I will offer suggestions. However, I wouldn't deter you from staying here.
My family was in Georgetown to attend my daughter's graduation from AU. I am familiar with the area but actually staying in historic Georgetown is just a wonderful experience.
From the time of booking the host was fabulous and providing helpful recommendations like "don't rent a car" because street parking is sparce. They point out a lot not to far by with reaonable rates. We opted for walking and Uber.
The house is appointed well and has anything you need. It has every modern amenity but you still feel the history of the historic house.
The host was quick to respond to any questions. They also provided random helpful recommendations for restaurants or sights.
I highly recommend this home for families, couples getting away, or even people going for business.
We will be back!
