Excellent

Was a great week. Good location, condo was very close to ocean but 5 min drive to swimming. Loved it here, very quiet neighborhood, safe, clean. Nice walk every morning. Cannot get much closer to the breakers! Can see the waves from bed! AC in back bedrooms was nice, didn’t use in Master. Large balcony allowed for great surf watching.

Great Value

We had a wonderful stay. I don't think you can find a place with ocean views like this one in the same price range. The value is fantastic.Lots of pros:* The pictures and description are completely accurate (with the one exception that there are no bidets in the bathrooms). * The views of the ocean are outstanding. * The kitchen is well equipped * Very large unit with plenty of room for everyone. * The balcony is very large and has plenty of seating. * No need to use the AC when the doors & windows are open because the strong breeze cools everything off. Even in 30C, it was very comfortable.* Great service from the onsite manager. She was lovely and quick to respond.Points to keep in mind:* If outdoor dining is important, this may not be the right unit because of the strong breeze and lack of outdoor dining table. * Strong breeze is continuous. My husband loved it but the rest of us found it a bit too cool so we did not spend much time on the balcony. * The unit is very clean and well maintained with the small exception of the vertical blinds in the bathrooms that could use a cleaning. * Pool area is lovely. The breeze cools things down significantly which depending on what you are looking for is either a plus or minus.
