Kitchen is fully stocked with just about any kitchen gadget imaginable including blender, coffee maker, toaster, crock pot, instapot, pots, pans, dishes, silverware, high quality knives, and lots more.

All mattresses are new and very comfortable.

Amazing backyard. Large, deep recently redone pool surrounded by beautiful synthetic grass. Two outdoor living spaces, plus two loungers for sunbathing. Back patio has a TV, gas firepit, bluetooth electric speakers/lanterns, ceiling fan, and decorative lighting. Cabana equipped with mesh curtains to keep out critters or full curtains to greater privacy, overlooks the pool, and color changing decorative lighting. Two lungers for sunbathing. Propane grill with side burner. Outdoor games: cornhole and bocce.
