This 4 Bedroom house, has a split floor plan, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on one side and rhe 4th bedroom, on the opposite side.
In the backyard, you can play Miniature Golf, sit in the covered patio, have a Barbecue, or try your hand in a game of Horseshoe, or Cornhole..

You will be 3 Miles from Uptown, and 7 Miles from Downtown Phoenix and all the Museums, Sports Venues, Concerts, Night Life, conference centers, etc.

Phoenix Mountain preserve, with all the hiking and biking trails is only 3 miles away, and will transfer you from the city into a pristine Desert environment in minutes.
The central location makes a quick trip anywhere in town, from State Farm stadium, to Phoenix Open, to the Biltmore.

Welcoming host, house is in a nice location. The house does have the bare minimum of kitchen amenities and didn't seem cleaned prior to stay.

Pots 2 different sizes, pans 2 different sizes, 12 dishes, utensils, toaster, microwave, oven, all kinds of cooking utensils, various knives, coffee maker, BBQ, etc. Im not really sure what else should be there House is immaculately cleaned after every stay

Great stay in Phoenix

Lovely 4 bedroom house with nice layout. Comfortable furnishings and a fun backyard.Perfect location visiting local family. Many great restaurants and places to visit all within 15 mins. Try Palm Mediterranean close by. Great gyro plate! All the food was good.

Perfect location for our weekend in Phoenix

Up to Phoenix for a softball tournament. Home was close to fields, clean & plenty of parking. Host was extremely responsive and made process seamless.

Perfect NYE Getaway

We had a fantastic stay at the house over New Year's Eve! The house was spacious, and clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The backyard mini-golf course was a fun touch, especially for the kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Our only suggestions would be to have extra pillows available for guests and perhaps a few more baking supplies in the kitchen. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d love to stay again!
