Cozy, 2 bedroom 1.5 bath home in the North End. This cute, two-story house is close to great hikes in the foothills, good eats and music downtown, the Boise River Greenbelt, parks, and it's steps away from local amenities. It's a great jumping off point to enjoy all that the area has to offer in any season. It's also a perfect home base for remote workers.
The space
Smart TV in the living room and a nicely appointed kitchen, including an espresso machine.
Main bedroom features a queen bed, along with a TV with Chromecast.
Second bedroom has a desk, computer monitor, and full bed; it gets great light during the daytime.
The home has a small but private backyard that features a fire pit, barbeque, table and chairs.
High-speed internet throughout the house.
Lots of closet space; plus a washer/dryer.
Dogs okay with pre-approval. Additional cleaning fee...

Parking is behind the house off the alley. There is a paved spot and room for 2 cars.
There is bus service on State St and ride shares are widely available.
