Weekend getaway

The property is well furnished and stocked with your basic needs. Coffee pot, pots and pans, extra linens and towels. I would say the only gripe I had was the size of the bathroom. It seemed a bit cramped, but overall, my husband and I enjoyed our time in this little house.

Nice Location & Price; Could Improve Cleanliness

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. This house is in a good location (though in a more industrial area, it's only a ~5-7 minute walk from the main part of the Hill), is on a mostly quiet/safe street, and we were so happy it was pet friendly. It's also right off 44 which made getting places easy. The bedroom bed was very comfortable. However, the property could work on improving cleanliness. The shower had some mold and the dishes were a bit sticky upon check-in. I think the location and value were worth it, but I do suggest improving cleanliness especially in the kitchen and bathroom.

Has potential

The unit was as described However, If you wanted to do any cooking bring your own kitchen, supplies are VERY minimal only a 4 cup coffee maker with 1 coffee cup, very few cooking pans or even plates or glasses, Family Dollar down the street would be a good investment for supplies to make this property a little more cozy. But it served our purpose. Thankfully my daughter was close by so we spent most of out time with family.

A comfortable, affordable stay!

My friend and I traveled to St Louis to see Metallica play live and needed a place to stay since hotels would be difficult, and I happened to come across this place. It was a very comfortable stay for both my friend and I and the property manager was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this property for others to stay at most definitely!
