A beautiful, romantic and French shabby chic cottage by the sea, a guest house of Villa Brise de mer on private road steps from David's hole in gated community in les Terres Basses of St Martin island (French side). The cottage nestled in a phenomenal location just a few steps from the house’s driveway gate to the sea, offering the perfect blend of seaside living and timeless Caribbean charm. This 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath with a beautiful corridor overlooking the courtyard where you can sun bath in the pergola filled with sea breezes as you are surrounded by the scent of the exotic flowers and the stunning unobstructed views of Marigot bay.
