The perfect space for two for a comfortable place to call home while in the Outer Banks! Make your meals at home or dine at the several delicious options one to five miles away! The owner lives on the top floor and the guest space is located one level below.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Gather used towel: Leave in a pile in hamper or bathroom. Leave beds alone - do not strip!
Throw trash away: Remove all trash from house (kitchen, bathroom, etc) place in dumpster outside of house. Make sure all dishes are clean, dry and put away. 
Turn all lights off. Set AC to 74 in summer and Heat to 68 in the winter at departure. Lock all doors & windows at your departure. If a key was used please put it back in lockbox.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Detailed house rules will be sent to you via message once your reservation is confirmed. If you have questions prior to booking please ask your host!

Any violation of outlined house rules can result in loss of damage deposit to canceled booking with no refund

Weekend getaway

My wife and i came down for a short weekend getaway together and couldn't have been more please with place. Very quiet and private location away from all the hustle and bustle.

WONDERFUL STAY

Perfect for a couple. The view and breeze were great as it was a very hot weekend. But a great place for someone who’s has other activities going on the OuterBanks. Centrally located for events and shopping north or south. Would most definitely consider staying there again.

Great stop off

I thought it would be hard to find, but GPS took us right to the house. What a great surprise in the morning when we woke up to see the beautiful bay and sat on the dock and had our coffee. Very nice very clean place.

Sitting on the dock was nice. Only one coffee pod when we got there-not ideal for two people who want to enjoy a cup of coffee in the AM. Couldn’t connect to Netflix or figure out the TV in general. Staying on the sound side is very nice and has its perks though.
