King bedroom couples retreat. Relax in the jetted Jacuzzi tub. Or enjoy a private game of pool or foosball. Tucked away on a quiet cul-de-sac with it’s own private entrance, this retreat is a quick 10 minute walk to the beach. The screened-in outdoor area offers a living area which will let you relax to the soothing sounds of a Koi fish pond and also includes a kitchenette with microwave, toaster oven, blender, 2 burner hot plate, refrigerator, and coffee maker. Enjoy the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and the summer heat. Conveniently located close to all that the Outer Banks has to offer - restaurants, bars, shops and grocery stores. There is also bike path close by for those who would like to explore this beautiful area on bicycles.

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay here. The owners were super generous and responded quickly with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed everything this property had to offer...bikes, grill, firepit, outdoor shower, pool table, etc.! The owners that live upstairs kept to themselves and we only crossed paths with them if they were on their deck while we pulled in the driveway. One of the bikes had a flat tire and the owners helped us immediately which was so nice! We were able to walk and bike to the Publix (grocery store), the local mini-golf course, and the beach! This was the perfect getaway for us and at an affordable price for two college kids!

Amazing Honeymoon Getaway!

My Wife and I stayed here for 5 days for our honeymoon. Marc and his wife were absolutely great! Clean place, quite and the check in/out process was very easy. Definitely recommend for a quite getaway!

My wife and I live in the upstairs part of the house. We have lived here on the beach for over 25 years . We own a local retail shop called Life on a sandbar . We are not around much in the summer months so you will have the place to yourself most of the time and we are very quiet . We enjoy meeting new people from around the world , and we look forward to enhancing your experience on the Outer Banks.

The downstairs screened in porch area is my favorite room in the whole house . Being so close to everything but in a quiet neighborhood is very appealing .
