Very clean, conveniently located, very quiet. Everyone was friendly and helpful! Decades was excellent and right next to parking located close to lodging. Host was great at communication and check in was a breeze with host guidance. Loved the vibe and care host had remodeled and decorated lodging, plus extra care for extra items. Great experience.

Transitional Neighborhood

The property is in a transitional neighborhood. I did not feel comfortable walking around at night. This rental did not have parking. Parking is on the street or at a parking garage.I did not have control of the HVAC in 90 degree heat. I had to call the property manager who had to call the owner. "They are weird about the HVAC. The AC can freeze up."I went to the local Holiday Inn and did not stay at the property.

The studio is very basic, but a real problem is the unbearable noise from the family which lives in the house, especially in the evening hours. We complained three times about this issue, but nothing was done. Don’t recommend staying in this house to anyone!
