Beautiful and Relaxing

I would highly recommend this home. The owner was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The home was very clean and had cookware to use if you decide to cook at the home.

Great stay! Dog friendly! Friendly owners!

It was a nice property! Easy communication with the owners. So relaxing listening to the water. We brought our dog along (greatly appreciate dog friendly properties) and they had dog bowls out in the kitchen which was such a nice touch!! Only suggestion would be to possibly put bed toppers in the mattresses. Not the most comfortable beds but otherwise we loved our stay! Thank you for having us!

There are no gas appliances or gas lines on this property. The guest checked out and left me a message demanding a refund. He called, emailed, and texted over a dozen times harassing me. I refunded him so that he would leave me and my family alone. He still left a 1 star review lying about his stay. All other reviews on this property across all other platforms are 5 stars.

Unusual Circumstances

We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going on. He worked with us to get needed items and we had a comfortable visit. I appreciate his flexibility at a trying time for us.
