About this property

Cozy, beach house! Just step away from world class Manasota Beach!

Open floor plan with lots of natural light, a full kitchen, a living room and eat-in dining area, and access to a shared laundry room. Tastefully decorated, this home has that Florida coastal feel. Unit has a lanai, and a large front porch where you can enjoy the Gulf breeze. The private rear fenced yard is perfect for relaxing, sitting around the fire pit or cornhole area, or barbecuing in the evening or on weekends. There is a separate entrance to the second floor condo so guests do not disturb the lower level. Just steps from the beach (0.2 mile walk) and a dip in the Gulf, the home is very well maintained.

Englewood is a 'hidden gem' in Florida and Manasota Key Beach is beautiful. Lots of great food, tiki bars, and relaxing atmosphere surround the area. It's also not uncommon to run across a shark tooth washing up on the beach.

This is the lower level of the duplex home. Upper unit can also be rented if additional space is needed for traveling with family or friends.

Over the past 3 years of renting our vacation home, we have received only 5-star reviews. We have been given numerous compliments for how clean our property is, the large amount of kitchen and household items, the variety of beach supplies provided for our guests, how close the beach is, and the well-kept large yard. There is nothing in need of repair. Our pictures and listing accurately reflect the coastal property, and the listed amenities are exactly what are provided . Our numerous repeat renters attest to this. While everyone is entitled to their opinion, this review is not accurate. This renter acted like they rented a brand new build that was filled with marble and smelled of rich mahogany for a million dollars (hint: that’s not us). We value our guests and spent a fair amount of money during their stay trying to appease their many requests - not of things that were “broken”, but just their personal preferences. I guess there are some people in this world you’ll never make happy, sadly. If you’re looking for a quiet, well decorated, clean, cozy, beach home with some old Florida charm right next to the beach we’d love to host you.

Wonderful rental near Manasota beach!

We loved our stay on Lemon Ave. The house is adorable, the street is cute and quiet, and the short walk or drive over the bridge to Manasota Beach was fantastic! We had so much fun there and can’t wait to come back!

Fun spring training trip

Very tidy, comfortable, and relaxing cottage in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood. Close to Cool Today Field for Braves spring training games.

Great property and outstanding location

What a great property! We really enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and well appointed. We couldn't find a toaster so the property manager brought one to us the next day. We loved going to the beach daily and the old FL feel of this neighborhood and property.

This property is as close as you can come without actually being on the beach, and paying the high prices to be 'right on the beach'. A short walk over the intercoastal bridge, where dolphins or manatees can be occasionally seen, and you arrive at the blue waters of the gulf and clean beach of Manasota Key.
