Lovely property very close to downtown

Our stay was excellent: the property is beautiful, walking distance to downtown and Kevin was on top of everything.

We had a wonderful stay. The space was perfect for our family with two teenagers. Great layout. Comfortable patio. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. The location was walkable to Whole Foods and lots of shopping and dining options. We’ll book again in the future!

Comfortable and spacious rental

My family of five people enjoyed staying at this rental property. It was clean, comfortable, well appointed and located in a quiet neighborhood. It was within walking distance to restaurants, cafes and shopping. The owner was easy to communicate with and I would highly recommend this rental.

Not a house rental!

Beautiful home but the actual unit is downstairs ground level. This isn’t clear in the listing description. Our daughter recently broke her leg and is using a wheelchair and walker. There were 20 steps to this downstairs unit. Fortunately she was able to use railing or we would have been forced to get a last minute hotel room. The hosts were super nice but I didn’t want to stay in their bottom floor with a family above us. That wasn’t what we expected from the listing.

I have updated the listing in the following ways: -Changed "Home" to "Lower Unit" within the title of the listing -Changed the main picture from the entire exterior of the house to be the dining room of the rental space -Added descriptions within the listing mentioning our family lives upstairs and the rental space is the lower level.
